You can call me Mr. T, short for Thy. I am a Bay Area based photographer.
My style is simple, classic, and timeless. It’s my goal to capture plenty of candids of you and your loved ones. I will explore all the natural light available surrounding us and will also complement them with additional lightning if needed. Let yourself loose and allow me to capture all the beautiful images of laughs, unscripted and real emotions and tears of joy.
Photography has been my passion for many years now and I love every moment of it. What I enjoyed most is seeing the smile on my clients face more than the photo itself. It’s what I crave most and what’s keeps me going.
Outside of photography, I enjoy staying at home and cuddling with my family while watching our favorite TV shows. On my personal time, I love working out and playing basketball for the cardio. :)
I'm happily married to a wonderful wife with four little brats that drives me nuts everyday. They are my pride and joy, and everything I do... is for them. So here I am starting my little side business in photography at an affordable price for everyone. ;)
Photography is my passion. I love to create photographic moments that are timeless and film-like style.
The camera doesn't make the photographer, but having the right equipment sure can help out a lot by making it easier to take a creative shot.
My primary camera now is the new Canon 5D Mark IV. This camera is amazingly good at shooting in low light conditions and is very fast for all type of action shots.
My backup camera is the previous model, the Canon 5D Mark III. This has been my work horse for many years and it will still be used for a long time.
Almost all of my lens are prime lens, which are fixed at a certain focal length to get the best results. I love shooting wide open from f1.4 to f2.0 to create that dreamy bokeh that gets everyone in awe! Love it.
Canon 35mm: The perfect wedding lens!
Sigma 50mm: The best all around shots for almost anything.
Sigma 85mm: My most used lens for portraits. Love this baby.
Canon 70-200mm: The only zoom lens that I use and works perfectly during wedding ceremonies when you want to be hidden out of the way and taking great close up shots!
Mastering lights is going to take a lifetime and I'm looking forward to it. It was scary at first, but now I'm slowly adjusting to how I can use it effectively and creatively.
I've now switched over from Speedlites to Profoto B1 & B2 along with all the other accessories for light modifiers such as softboxes & umbrellas.
